Position: Client Services & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Temecula, CA
Join a well-established Farmers Insurance agency with over 30 years of experience, now growing its presence in the Temecula community.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support both client services and marketing efforts within the agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable managing both administrative and digital responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, assisting clients, and supporting policy inquiries
- Manage and maintain client records and general office operations
- Support social media efforts, including posting and engagement on Instagram and Facebook
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Help identify opportunities to support business growth and client retention
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook required)
- Salesforce experience preferred (training provided through Farmers Insurance)
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $23/hour (based on experience)
