At Carver Training Solutions (CTS), we believe firearms training is about more than just carrying a gun or pulling a trigger—it’s about knowledge, responsibility, and confidence that carry into everyday life

We are a veteran-owned firearms training company and Riverside County Sheriff–approved CCW vendor serving Temecula and the greater Riverside County area. Our mission is to help individuals of all experience levels become safe, skilled, and responsible gun owners—whether they are just getting started or pursuing their California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) permit

Our lead instructor, Everett Saldana, is certified by the California Department of Justice (DOJ), CA POST, NRA, and USCCA. With over a decade of experience in military service and private security, Everett has seen firsthand how preparation makes all the difference. He brings that real-world perspective into every class, combining professionalism with a practical, easy-to-understand teaching style that makes home defense, CCW training, and firearms instruction accessible to both new and experienced shooters.

As a Riverside Sheriff–approved CCW training provider, CTS delivers instruction that meets county requirements while going far beyond the minimum standard. From earning your California CCW permit to sharpening your marksmanship and defensive skills, our training is built on real-world application. We emphasize decision-making, situational awareness, and responsible firearm use—teaching not just how to shoot, but when and why.
