Terra Behavioral Health is a clinician-led behavioral health provider serving adults in Temecula and the surrounding region. We offer comprehensive residential, outpatient, and virtual treatment for primary mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions across our three Temecula-based programs. Our care is grounded in stability, connection, and long-term recovery.

Our licensed Residential Treatment Centers provide 24-hour, non-acute care supported by intensive psychotherapy, integrated psychiatric services, and active family involvement. Terra’s full continuum of care includes Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and virtual PHP/IOP, allowing individuals to step down through care with consistency, structure, and support.

Terra’s approach blends evidence-based practices with trauma-informed, relational care. We are deeply committed to clinical integrity, measurable outcomes, and strong therapeutic relationships, using data and ongoing assessment to guide treatment and improve results.
